Since she has dark blue eyes, I used a dark blue eyshadow at the ends of the eyes & blended it with a white eyeshadow. I outlined the ends of her eyes with blue eyepencil & I outlined the white part with white eyepencil. Finally, I added the mascara, a hint of blush & accessories.
