Shinygirl722 had really nice hair, so I decided to keep it. But, I added a few minor blue highlights to it. To match it, I used a blue eyepencil, as well as black. Then to finish the look, I used mascara and eyeshadow. I wanted to tone-down the eye makeup for this look.Hope you like it! :)
