I can probably guess she was going for a Starry Night look due to her flashing blue shadow. I was wondering after that...can you be fierce and sweet as a Hello Kitty at the same time? i mixed three different eye shadows to make an impact on the eyes...and to add the sweet as sugar part, I added a red bow with a stunning gem in the middle.
